SOLUCIÓN

The good practice ‘Lean Management and FMEA in clinical practice. Efficient management of the Stroke Code’ was a finalist in the first edition of the Good Practices in Healthcare Management Awards in 2017. A communication plan was developed to disseminate this good practice among different target audiences in an organized manner and with the greatest possible impact.
