Methodology for evaluating the quality of services in the public sector

SOLUTIONS

In collaboration with Óptima XXI, we have supported the Inspection of Services of the Generalitat Valenciana in the review and update of its evaluation methodology for the accreditation of the quality of public services in this Community. To achieve this, we have created a new evaluation model inspired by the new EFQM Model, but customized for use by any unit in the Public Sector.
